Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical \ electromechanical engineering.
· 3-5 years of maintenance planning experience in highly industrial operation.
· Ability to manage small projects independently.
· Strong Planning, organizing skills.
· Analytical ability to resolve complex technical and engineering issues.
· Proven in driving and implementing successful change programs in challenging or complex environments.
· Familiar with Engineering standards, international codes, and maintenance best practices.
· Reporting.
· Experience in MS project, CMMS (preferred SAP), MS office.
· Understanding the maintenance planning phases for process industry.
· Understanding the turnaround planning phases for process industry.
· Understanding of maintenance KPI. Working within Productivity led performance organization
· Inspection, calibration and certification
· Familiar in dealing with the international and Egyptian standard codes.
