Job Title: - Maintenance Manager

Job Description:
· Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
· Will be able to manage his subordinates from Engineers to Technicians
· Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
· Monitor Spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
· Manage relationships with clients and service providers
· Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
· Plan and oversee all repair activities Locally and Abroad
· Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
· Ensure health and safety policies
· Implement technical training and Skills for the staff
· Will be able to manage performance and assessments such as (Annual Appraisal, technical performance, mental health)
· Ensure that the company maintains high standards of ethics and social responsibility through all transactions
· Responsible for all the team annual appraisals and evaluations by coordination with the HR Manager
· Perform any task assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
· Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role
· Familiarity with financial and budgeting procedures
· Very good negotiation skills.
· High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
· Strong reporting and presentation skills.
· Very good verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
· Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
· Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
