- Maintenance Director ( Construction Company )

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance Planning: Design and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for equipment and machinery.
- Team Management: Lead maintenance teams, from hiring to performance management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate inspections, repairs, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Equipment Availability: Ensure 90% of our equipment is operational.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets efficiently while upholding quality standards.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards.
- Emergency Response: Develop and execute emergency response plans for maintenance-related incidents.
Manage and Develop:
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Drilling Machine Maintenance
- Welding and Undercarriage Maintenance
- Sub Workshops

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of maintenance management experience in construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and maintenance software.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
