· Job Requirements
· Experience: 10 years of maintenance experience in a reputable Organization and 2 years in supervisory position. and management experience
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. (Preferable) Certified PMP.
· Maintenance procedures and protocols of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
· Understanding of basic Health and Safety Standards.
· Expert interactive communication skills, both verbally and written.
· Excellent ability to identify, define and analyze problems and situations, and develop appropriate solutions with a smart application of root-cause analysis.
· Excellent orientation towards Customers’ expectations.
· Expert ability to work under continuous stress.
· Good command of English.
