Facility Manager

Responsible for the site in terms of furniture & internal maintenance follow up, and periodic checks (Workstations, Cabinets, Chairs) for both buildings. Follow-up & supervise the maintenance team. Cleaning (responsible for the HK performance, follow up for the daily, weekly & monthly scope of work) for both buildings. Create Purchase Orders and handle related invoices, follow the needed checklists and check the daily reports of all the above operations. Assist in the execution of some site projects which are planned and executed by N+1. Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Related field. +9 years of relevant experience.
