Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasting future financial performance, identifying trends and patterns. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in driving decision-making processes and supporting the growth of Tagaddod.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including commentary on performance drivers and key performance indicators.
• Perform variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted results and provide explanations for significant variances.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop pricing and profitability models.
• Analyze financial data to support investment decisions related.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and board of directors.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning, preferably in commodity trading or related industries
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
