Obsession Boutique is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. With two branches, a head office, and a warehouse, we need a finance professional to manage our finances from procurement to product distribution, including online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Financial Operations Management:** Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- **Purchasing and Inventory Accounting:** Manage purchasing and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assess business performance.
- **Expense and Revenue Monitoring:** Monitor expenses and revenues across branches and online orders, providing insights to improve profitability.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Collaborate with department heads to budget and forecast future financial needs.
What We’re Looking For:
• preferred experience in Oodo System
- Strong accounting background with relevant qualifications.
- Experience in managing financial operations in a retail environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for fashion and a keen interest in the retail industry.
