1. Position: Senior Cost Estimators Engineer
Years of Experience: +12 years
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Estimating and pricing skills.
• Must be very organized and have effective problem solving, leadership and negotiation.

Skills:
• Technically strong in Construction Cost.
• Knowledge of local construction material and imported material.

2. Position: Quantity Surveyor Engineer
Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Prepare Take-off Sheets and Bill of Quantities.
• Must be very organized and have effective problem solving.

Skills:
• Consultancy experience is a must.
