Key Responsibilities:

 • Lead tender preparation and submission
 • Review project scope, risks, and pricing strategies
 • Coordinate with internal teams for data and cost inputs
 • Prepare BOQs, pricing sheets, and technical proposals
 • Analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations
 • Ensure timely and compliant bid submissions

Requirements:

 • BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
 • 5+ years of tendering experience in FM or construction
 • Strong knowledge of cost estimation and contract terms
 • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
 • Proficient in Excel and tendering tools
