Contracts Engineers at El Hazek Construction

El Hazek Construction is looking for
"Contracts Engineers" of high caliber and sound contractual knowledge, in site-based position at:
Emaar Misr Belle Vie Infrastructure Works (Sheikh Zayed)
Keeva Residential Buildings Phase 1 (6th of October City)
Alexandria Station HSR (Borg El Arab)
TMG Noor City (Cairo-Suez Road) 
Qualifications and skills:
B.Sc. (Civil or Arch.) Engineering graduate.
2-3 years of experience in contracts and claims in the Construction field.
Proficient and fluent in English.
adept with the FIDIC suites of contracts (preferably FIDIC CONS 1999).
capable of drafting bilingual letters / claims/variations .
holder of CLAC Certificate.
skilled in MS Office.
Delay analysis knowledge is a plus.
