Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Arc. Or Mechanical Engineering or a related field 
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the engineering, construction industry, real state developers, …etc
2-5 years of experiences  
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners. 
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
