What are my responsibilities?

Supports the Commercial Project Managers in the day to day controlling activities Timely and accurate preparation of the Customer Invoices Managing and planning cash Inflow and Outflow in different currencies Checks monitors and Updates actual costs, man-hours, invoices in the MIKA file Perform SAP activities incl. Sales and cost booking; updating Plan cost & Plan revenue; Check and review SAP OCC report Checks supplier invoices and books Goods receipts in SAP Understand, implement and continuously optimize processes to improve overall efficiency. Comply with all requirements and correct operations under legal, fiscal and fiduciary aspects Ensure compliance with Siemens FRG, local GAAP requirement, and adherence to internal control (RIC) Supports CPM in preparation and execution of PM@ Siemens milestones Supports CPM in NCC controlling and documentation Supports CPM and encourages the project team in risk and opportunity management Supports CPM in management of securities (bonds Supports CPM in claim management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

3 - 5 years experience with accounts, finance, & commercial functions 2 years experience in project management Experience in working with different nationalities University Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics ) very good MS office English proficiency along native Arabic solid SAP working experience
