Project Engineer for idia Design

We are looking for the position ''Project Engineer'' with maximum 5 years experience in Management field.

• Prepare RFP for the projects. 

• Prepare contracts and define objectives for consultants. 

• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. 

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress and track project performance 

• Design development: Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s, building’s usage 

• Specifications while keeping it within budget and timelines. 

• Review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents
• To ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations 

• Responsible for engineering Change Request / Design Variations. 

• Responsible for monitoring the process of engineering coordination – Civil – Architectural – MEP. 

• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build 

• Preparing and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. 

• Monitor project progress according to contract scope and deliverables. 

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. 

• Ensuring project deadlines are met. 

• Determining project changes. 

• Follow up the implementation plan according to the specifications and contracts. 

• Follow up the timeline projects & the project status report
