The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of all commercial, controlling and administrative matters of the project. Monitoring the actual progress against the budgeted targets to ensure achieving all the financial and commercial goals in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions and the Siemens’ commercial and controlling policies, procedures and work instructions.

What are my responsibilities?

Monitor progress against the project time schedule and budget, identifying and mitigating Planning, handling & controlling commercial activities in respect of contracts and in general Assistance to staff regarding commercial implications of contract by using knowledge to minimize risks Pursue invoicing with customers/clients and monitoring collection of receivables. By recording Purchase Orders and collection supporting documents. Printing of receivables reports on monthly basis Preparation of reports for management, colleagues Checking and approval of suppliers invoices by verification with purchase orders Monitoring actual contract cost with estimated cost and accordingly reporting g to responsible technical team Monitors accounts receivable Follow up L/G's, down payments, and collection

What do I need to qualify for this job?

University Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics or similar Professional certification CMA/CPA is an asset Proven experience/references as Commercial Project Manager in major Infrastructure projects e.g. Railway, Electrical, Civil, Telecom …etc Working with Accounting Applications (SAP) Knowledge of IFRS Excellent Command of English/Arabic (other languages are a plus) Willingness to travel to the project site locations as necessary
