Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of fine finishing work on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Develop and implement detailed finishing plans, including material selection, work methodologies, and quality control procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and internal teams involved in finishing activities (e.g., carpentry, painting, tiling, etc.).
Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all construction items and their integration to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality finishes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing and supervising fine finishing works on construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of various fine finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction sequencing and the interdependencies of different building components.
- Prior experience in running a private business, showcasing strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
