Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in construction and engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
