Structural Technical Office Engineer for Eamar Al Delta Group

As a Structural Technical Office Engineer at Emaar Delta, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical quality and cost efficiency of our construction projects. You will transform engineering designs into precise execution documents, oversee quantity and cost calculations, and serve as the critical link between design teams and on-site execution. This position is essential for maintaining project accuracy and alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and designing construction drawings for projects.
• Preparing and designing construction workshop drawings
• Preparing the construction sectors required for implementation
• Making an inventory of the quantities and items of work included in the project.
• Setting specifications for the items after studying the owner's requirements and according to the design principles.
• Determining the estimated cost of the items after studying the price and analyzing the pricing categories
• Preparing the initial estimate for projects.

• Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Graduation year: 2023 or 2024),Excellent academic record (GPA requirement if applicable).

Extensive knowledge of the basics of structural design

• Technical Skills:

AutoCAD (2D/3D), Revit (BIM modeling).

Structural Analysis: ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE.

Project Management: Primavera P6 (preferred).
