QA/QC MEP Engineer: 02
Job Description:
·        Pre-Inspection & Preparation of INR, MIR and coordinate with consultant for Approval.
·        Preparation of the Project Specific method statement, Inspection and Test Plans, Checklist, and related procedures.
·        Coordinate with HSE department for Risk Assessment.
·        Responsible for all aspects Preparation, Review & Submission of Project Pre-Qualification, Technical/Material Submittal, Plans & Other Documents.
·        Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
·        Manage subcon well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is as per drawings, specifications, and Standards.
·        Monitoring & Controlling all site progress activities on site.
·        Completion of necessary inspection documentation to verify the work performed.
·        To identify and resolve any site issues on the work site.
·        To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for Consultant inspections.
·        Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
·        Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
·        To ensure all material delivered to site are inspected and confirm to specified requirements.
·        Coordinate the MEP works with other disciplines.
·        Report to the Quality Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control system.
·        Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manual for all services related to MEP.
·        Coordination & Organizing Operation & Maintenance Manual from Supplier.
·        Responsible for preparation of Spare Material list.
·        Responsible for Organizing Warranty Certificate from supplier for all services.
·        Preparation of Maintenance Service List.

·        Preparation, Supporting, Demonstration & Organizing QCDD documents during QCDD inspection. (Includes QCDD Certificate for all materials, Third Party Approval, Inspection Test Reports & Drawings etc.)
·        Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
·        Keep the Project Manager (PM), Quality Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
