     (Senior Quality Control Engineer)
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Electronics, Electrical,Communication)
· Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a PCBA and Mechanical EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Environment.
· SAP business one production, planning, inventory & quality control User.
· Preferred has knowledge/certificate in regards to IPC610, J-STD 001.
· Excellent Ms. Office skills
· Good Command of English
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent Leadership skills
Job Responsibilities:
· Monitor quality inspection of components from suppliers according to control plans/ inspection procedures.
· Organizing of sampling process of new components implemented into serial production.
· Evaluation of supplier quality performance and reporting to Quality Manager and Purchasing manager.
· Complaint process of non-conforming/ defective components to suppliers.
· Quality audits at new and main suppliers.
· Managing of Conformity assessment workplace in accordance with MID
· Monthly quality reporting to Quality manager.
· Identifying, analyzing and resolving problems and issues with quality assurance.
· Supervising of inspection in compliance with technological and quality procedures.
· Supervising quality inspection of semi-finished delivered products to external subject.
· Ensure that the company’s management system is conforming the local laws, international standards and client’s standards.
· Ensure the Company’s ability to obtain the needed ISO certificates.
· Communicate with QA team in El Sewed Group regarding the integrated management system.
· Plan and carryout internal audits.
· Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions
· Implementation of corrective action programs.
