Urgently, Multinational wastewater Treatment Plant Hiring Electrical Engineer Section Head
Duties and Responsibilities: -
·       Providing the tasks of the PM plan according to the daily rules and delivering them to all maintenance departments and obtaining these tasks after the maintenance team finishes them to enter the data of each task after the implementation phase for each equipment.
·       Monitoring on maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure that the PM plan has been executed with high efficiency.
·       Calculate the PM plan Efficiency and Scheduling compliance.
·       Monitoring and review daily maintenance reports and make an RCFA for all failures to avoid the repeated failures and defect elimination.
·       Calculate the monthly maintenance KPIs (Availability, Reliability, MTBF, and MTTR).
·       Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance plan development and updating for all maintenance assets to be most accurate.
·       Calculate the Man-Power and Man-Hours according to the PM plan and Production plan.
·       Create the Maintenance Repair and Operation plan (MRO) Spare Parts requirements.
·       Spare parts inventory (item Re-Description project for each item inside our warehouse).
·       Create and planning Purchase Requests for all maintenance departments (production lines and Facility).
·       Provide the predictive maintenance plan to predict failure before occurred.
·       Following up with procurement team for each Purchase Request & Purchase Order to deliver each item at a suitable time.
·       Maintenance Weekly audit for each piece of equipment inside each plant.
