Senior Estimation Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation for Euro Mechanical

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation for Construction.

The Senior Estimation Engineer will be responsible for estimating the detailed costs associated with E&I projects, including materials, equipment, Labor, and overhead costs ensuring competitiveness in bids, and providing technical support throughout the tendering process.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and scope to understand the E&I aspects of the project. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in E&I engineering and estimation methodologies.
Assist in the development of technical proposals for E&I projects, including technical specifications, methodologies, and engineering solutions.
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotations for E&I materials and services, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost-saving measures in E&I designs and proposals, optimizing project costs without compromising quality or safety.
Conduct risk assessments and sensitivity analyses to identify potential cost risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize project uncertainties.
Prepare tender documentation for E&I projects, including bills of quantities, technical specifications, and contractual terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss E&I project requirements, clarify technical queries, and address client concerns, fostering positive relationships and trust.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas and other areas in the Energy Sector.
