– BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
– 5+ years experience.
– Excellent command of spoken and written English.
– Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
– Good knowledge in drawings, designs, and calculations the loads.
– Experienced in handling the entire coordination of project related supplies, Local purchases, Logistics from project site inception stage to project completion.
– Reading the drawings properly for doing quantity, site survey and preparing BOQ/ quotations.
– Strong presentation and communication skills
– Customer oriented & Sub contractors & negotiation skills.
– Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
– Self-motivated individual who can work under pressure.
