1. Conduct quantity surveys to estimate materials, labor, and costs for construction projects.
 
2. Review and verify invoices and payment requests for construction projects.
 
3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms and specifications.
 
4. Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
 
5. Maintain records of approved invoices and payments.
 
6. Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding invoice matters.
 
7. Assist in cost control and budget monitoring efforts.
 
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement in invoice review procedures.
 
9. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in invoice management.
