We are looking for a Manager Trade Engagement. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-years of professional experience in commercial/marketing roles are required, together with excellent command of English and Arabic.
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE You will be part of the Commercial team of “Philip Morris Misr” and will report to the Manager Trade Marketing. As Manager Trade Engagement, you will contribute to and execute Trade Activation strategies to ensure long-term partnership with retailers that will support the growth of PMM brands. Manage and guide the development and implementation of trade engagement plans and all tactical trade related activities to build sustainable competitive advantage at retail level More specifically, you will guide and support Manager Trade Marketing in objective setting, planning, allocation and utilization of trade marketing resources in order to maximize return on investment, productivity and teamwork within the sales and marketing organizations oversee and support the in-market creation and execution of trade programs for retail and Key Account channels that support the alignment of PM, trade and society’s goals. Ensure that all programs support PM share growth and positive return on investment coordinate and contribute to the preparation of the annual plan in order to ensure that all trade marketing activities strategically support the Brands in line with the overall company objectives and strategies provide analysis of Marketing Intelligence information for the Marketing Department. Liaise with Market research department and external agencies to provide analytical tools for marketing and management studies lead the in-market creation and roll-out of training materials and tools that ensure the full understanding and expectations at POS and trade level build a competent and motivated team to meet the current and future business challenges with specific responsibility to develop and implement adequate career and succession plans.
