Leasing Manager for LARZ Developments

A growing real estate firm located in new Cairo is now looking for a Leasing Manager to join the team. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, negotiations, lease signing, and tenant move-ins.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. Address and resolve tenant issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor rental rates, occupancy levels, and overall property performance to achieve financial objectives.
- Manage and negotiate lease renewals to retain tenants and minimize turnover.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants.

Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Leasing in same industry
- Proven track record of successful lease management and tenant relations.
