Are you a skilled Civil Engineer with a passion for shaping the future of transportation? We’re looking for a talented and driven Roads Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful road and highway infrastructure projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive road network/highway designs, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop full road design packages, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ), to meet client needs and project objectives.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM technologies for efficient and precise design development.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze technical challenges, assess feasibility, and propose innovative engineering solutions to complex design problems.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc.)
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in road/highway design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create alternative approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
