Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise our ongoing development projects in Hurghada. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in civil, architectural, landscape, and MEP coordination work, and must demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate between civil, architectural, landscape, and MEP trades to avoid conflicts and delays.

Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage site engineers, foremen, and labor teams efficiently to keep work running smoothly.

Resolve on-site issues promptly and report progress to top management.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction management.

Proven expertise in civil, architectural finishing, landscaping, and MEP systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage schedules, site documentation, and project resources effectively.

Willingness to be based in Hurghada full-time.
