Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
 • Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in compounds, residential, and commercial developments.
 • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
 • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
 • Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.
 • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to overcoming challenges.
 • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
 • PMP certification is a plus.
