Senior Technical Office Engineer 
Requirements 
. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering 
.5-10 years of experience in MEP Construction 
. Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit and other relevant design software.
. Experience in preparing and reviewing Bill Of Quantities.(BOQ).
. Knowledge of Local and International MEP  Codes and Standards.
. Experience in Project Coordination with other disciplines(Architectural, Structure,etc..)
. Strong Problem -Solving skills and attention to detail.
. Excellent Communication and teamwork skills.
. Experience with Value engineering and cost optimization.
. understanding of sustainable MEP design practices.
