Job Opportunity: Director of Maintenance and Operations
Location: Sharm El Sheikh

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in maintenance management, specifically in the resort or hospitality sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of maintenance practices for tourist facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance and operations within the resort.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of all facilities.
• Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall success of the resort.
