Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with strong experience in team management.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical abilities with strong financial problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and guiding accounting teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting and financial software such as SAP, Excel, and other ERP tools.
