Production Supervisor for Alumil

Alumil is hiring a Production Supervisor 
Location: 6 October Factory
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the powder coating production team.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure production targets are met.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance levels.
- Coordinate with the planning team to plan and organize production schedules.
- Ensure the production process is carried out efficiently, meeting quality standards.
- Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Address and resolve any production issues affecting quality with the quality department.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for preventive maintenance activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Monitor usage and minimize waste of materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in production management, painting or coating experience is a big plus.
- Good command of English written and verbal communication skills is a MUST.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
