HVAC Team Leader for EIM Co.

EIM Co. is hiring for the following position 
HVAC Team Leader
Location: HO - Abu Rawash
 Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 – 10 years of experience in a similar job
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering 
- Holds a driving license
- Preferable ownership of a car
- Resident in Cairo
Job Role:
- Manage HVAC maintenance and service team to ensure quality onsite. 
- Field and dispatch Service calls.
- Operate and supervise preventive maintenance.
- Create Service and Maintenance schedules.
- Order and track materials required for quoted jobs and scheduled Maintenance.
- Review, edit, and cost service reports.
- Review and approve weekly time cards and work plans.
- Prepare boq for recommended work.
- Prepare new or renewal Maintenance Agreements with subcontractors.
- Communicate and provide reports to the direct manager.
- Review technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards.
- Organize training and ongoing support for install teams.
- Provide technical support for HVAC technicians.
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.
- Manage HVAC scope in the company’s projects by executing projects or supervising consultants and subcontractors.
