Scope
To make sure that all Purchase Orders delivered to the hotel in its due time to ensure smooth running of operation.
Basic functions
To ensure compliance with the company PP. Control over the prices by obtaining three competitive bids. To make sure that the items purchased as per MI standard & specs.
Responsibilities
To purchase the general items related to the General store, F&B & Kitchen. To make sure that all purchases as per MI standards& pre-determined specifications. Costing all PRs related to the above departments with three competitive bids. Follow up the POs signatures on MC. Follow up with the suppliers to deliver the ordered items as per agreed prices & specifications. To follow up the receiving of the delivered items. To maintain filling for all POs by a serial number. To maintain tracking for the open & pending POs.
Related Work Experience
At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
