Job Requirements
· Qualifications
· Fluent in Egyptian Arabic & English
· B.Sc. in engineering, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in a production management role within a factory setting, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and process improvement.
· Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and supply chain management.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
· Familiarity with industry-standard software and production management tools.
· Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement principles.
