SQD (Supplier Quality Development) Supervisor

Mission and Main Objectives

QMS evaluation and setting rank up plans for new suppliers. Manufacturing support for new projects at supplier. Current Suppliers QMS improvement. SSC report preparation and distribution.LINKEDIN

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Coordinates new suppliers QMS evaluation / auditing plans with Product Development & Purchasing Department. Conduct / Supports ASES/PESES Evaluations and ASAS-P Audits. Sets rank up plans and follow up. Improves supplier QA staff skill level. Prepares Rank up plans status/progress reporting. Communicates local suppliers. Sets annual targets and commitments for SQD. Prepares annual audit plans for local suppliers with SQD Assistant Manager. Coordinate ANPQP Office reporting for new projects. ANPQP promotion to local suppliers. Prepare Q-Files for new projects. Conduct / Support Q-File reply judgment. Prepare and issue Supplier Score Card. Implement SQD tool kit improvement activities at local suppliers.

Background & Experience Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering (Prod. Dept.,) or relevant engineering, CLSSBB, Certified auditor in ISO TS-16949 is preferable.

Minimum Experience: 5 years in Automotive Industry or relevant industry / minimum 3 years in Quality Management.

Job-Specific Skills: Very good Computer skills (Very good MS Office skills – Good skills in MS Project/MS Visio) – Very good command of English – High communication & presentation skills – Ability to train – Detailed oriented – S/he has to have innovative approaches to introduce quality rules & regulations to non-quality staff
