Qualifications
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Proven track record of successful sales
· Experience with sales training and management
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Familiarity with marine equipment and the boating industry is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
· 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing and sales.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
