Site Engineer (Architect) for Mayorka Trade

Job Requirements
• Full–time
• Experience 3-5 Years is a must.
• Male
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge in using AUTO CAD, PHOTOSHOP, Word, and Excel
• Bachelor's in architect-engineering (Ain shams/ Cairo University / Shoubra is preferable)
Main Duties:
-Acting as the main site responsible person for the execution of the project.
-Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
-Managing, monitoring and interpreting the site progress
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project.
-Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
-Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
-Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
-Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
-Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
-Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors.
-Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards.
