Manager, Corrosion & RBI
1-   Academic Qualifications:
· BSc degree in Mechanical/Production/Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
· Certified API 570 – process piping inspection, API 510‐ Pressure vessels inspection.
· Preferably holding certification in corrosion (e.g. NACE), damage mechanisms (API 571), Risk based inspection (API 580), Non‐destructive examination (e.g. ASNT Level 2), welding inspection (e.g.CWI).
2-   Years of Experience:
 From 10 to 15 years of experience.
3-   Main Accountabilities:
· Manage Risk Based Inspection, integrity and corrosion program for all static equipment and piping systems.
· Manage and plan the implementation of routine and non-routine corrosion mitigation and control activities.
· Review and endorse inspection reports and analysis of corrosion rate on static equipment and piping systems. 
· Plan and coordinate with concerned parties on major shutdowns and turnaround activities related to RBI Tasks as well as review/approve inspection work packs. 
· Develop long-term and short-term inspection strategies and plans.
· Review and approve reports for corrosion monitoring, analysis, and prevention program with emphasis on corrosion – related failure investigation. 
· Manage the resources and budget for the development of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) analysis tools and techniques.
· Review and analyze the results of UT conducted on piping, pressure vessels, tanks, etc., and carrying out Fitness for Service (FFS level 1 and 2) assessments. Coordinating and review 3rd party Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments and recommendations regarding extent of repairs.
· Participate in technical studies, corrosion studies, Safety Critical Elements (SCE) assessments and HAZOP.
· Lead and /or Participate investigation of static equipment/piping failures to establish corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
