SOAL  Farms shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agricultural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and promoting the adoption of our cutting-edge agricultural solutions.
Responsibilities:
Engage with farmers and agricultural businesses to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions from Soal Farms' product range.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including product selection, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote SOAL Farms' products, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
Utilize Photoshop skills to create visually appealing sales collateral, marketing materials, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and features, contributing to product development efforts.
Provide training and educational sessions for customers on best practices in agriculture and product usage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales agricultural engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in Photoshop for designing sales collateral and marketing materials.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
