MCS Group is hiring QA Supervisor.

Industry: Oil & Gas.

Work Location: Nasr City

Responsibilities.

• conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according to (implemented QHSE management system} & ISO 9001& ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• Responsible for issue, review and revised the SOPs and flow charts.
• Responsible for all audit reports and audit records (checklists/ NCRs).
• Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectiveness.
• Fulfill the customer requirements against quality assurance requirements within the agreed time as per SOPs.
• Responsible for arranging with depts. to pass the client audits.
• Responsible for training/awareness sessions to employ for QHSE Management system& ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & Quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct unplanned audits & and investigation activities according to Quality assurance manager directions.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality & and industry regulatory requirements.
Fulfill customer documentation requirements due to date and client Questionnaire.
• Responsible for handling customer complaints with related departments.
• Responsible for follow-up correction and corrective actions from customer complaints with related departments.
• Personal guide with customers during their visits.
• Any other tasks related to work and are asked by the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Follow-up System/Product/customer approval processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferable).
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent PC literacy in MS office applications good command of AutoCAD and MS project.
• Strong Experienced in the ISO-9001, compliance and certification processes.
• Very good command of English language.

Certificate Required (Preferable)

• Total Quality Management Certificate.
• Certified internal auditor.
Project management Certificate.
