Tendering Engineer.
Job Description
Tender Engineer is Responsible for providing Technical Support and assisting in all aspects of cost estimation and the technical side of construction projects.
Responsibilities: 
• Implement technical office policies and procedures.
• Ensure the project is compliant in all ways.
• Resolve project matters.
• Reviews preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
• Coordinate design drawings for all disciplines.
• Making  price analysis and price break down for the project elements.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Verify that contractors works are compliant with the terms of the contract.
• Ensure project compliance with industry standards, specifications, building codes, and design instructions.
• Check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to insure the accuracy of quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Review and approve contractors invoices.
• Liaise between project management, contractors, and site engineers to resolve problems and various construction difficulties before they stall the project’s progress.
• Review and approve  shop drawings and AS-Built drawings submitted from contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree of civil Engineering.
• 7-10 Years of Experience in technical office.
• Real estate projects experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in tendering processes within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
