Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Applied Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and project specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
