Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Home Style located in Shibīn al Kawm. The Architect will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of architectural design, solution architecture, integration, and communication with clients and team members. The Architect will work closely with other professionals such as engineers, construction managers, and urban planners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications
Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Solution Architecture
Effective communication skills to work closely with clients, team members, and contractors
Ability to integrate client requirements and technological advances into architectural solutions
Experience in the design and construction of buildings and structures
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and codes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fields
Experience working with residential and commercial projects
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and 3D modeling software
Experience in LEED accreditation and sustainable design would be an advantage
Work on Revit Nd 3D max, rendering by vray
