(Head of Architect)❗️
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the architectural team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Oversee the design process, from conceptualization to project completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural and design trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the company's design approach.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of leading and managing architectural projects.
- Strong expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and institutional.
- Proficiency in architectural software and design tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
