 Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Quality Control Manager at Frosty Foods located in New Borg El Arab, Alexandria. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality control operations, ensuring compliance with product standards and specifications, conducting inspections and tests, and identifying areas for improvement in the quality assurance process. They will also be responsible for managing a team of quality control technicians and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
 Qualifications
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
Experience in conducting inspections, tests, and audits
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in the food processing industry is preferred
Knowledge of applicable regulations and quality standards
Degree in a related field (e.g. Food Science, Quality Assurance) is preferred
