Research Executive

Job Description

To be responsible for handling projects from preparation of proposals to client and through fieldwork with operations team till analysis and/ or reports/ presentations in consultation with senior members and to ensure client satisfaction and development of business. Managing the complete process for qualitative research projects. From client briefing, proposal development, project planning through to recruitment questionnaires, moderation/discussion guides, analysis, insights/recommendations in cooperation with team head, team members and operation team/freelancers. Assist in report writing and presentations executions. Moderating focus groups, in-depth interviews, and other qualitative methodologies inside and outside Cairo if required. Prepare budgets for each project in conjunction with the field manager and accurate entry of project on the system. Assist in the smooth collection of debt from clients and communicate any contract/ job changes to the Finance department on a timely basis for invoicing purposes. Manage the day to day client relationships and ensure that all projects are completed on time to the required standard, and high client satisfaction is maintained. Work on diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including but not limited to alcoholic beverages and tobacco. To support and sell CR services, enhance client relationships and satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. Support the team in business development initiatives.

Qualifications

University degree in Marketing, Integrated marketing communication, Psychology or any related field 0-2 years experience Strong analytical mind Good organisational skills Creativity and ability to “think outside the box” Inquisitive and articulate Teamwork and Cooperation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language Excellent Presentation skills Computer Literate
