Key Requirements:

We are currently seeking a Technical Office Engineer with the following prerequisites:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Fine Arts is mandatory.

- Experience: A minimum of 2 up to 4 years of hands-on experience in technical office roles within the architecture or design field.

- Software Proficiency:Profound proficiency in design software such as 3Ds Max, SketchUp (with V-Ray or any other render engine), and Photoshop, crucial for creating intricate visualizations.

- Autocad Proficiency: Exceptional skills in AutoCAD, capable of preparing precise and comprehensive executive drawings.

- MS Office Competence: Proficiency in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective documentation and presentation purposes.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of technical drawings and documentation.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges creatively within design processes.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration within the team and with clients.
