We are looking to hire a “Customer Success Engineer, Construction”.  

REQUIREMENTS: 
- Architecture or civil engineering bachelor's degree. 
- Good technical background 1 - 4 years of experience.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Performing Technical presales activities like presenting and demonstrating our vendors' AEC products and services to our customers, highlighting features and benefits of that software products. 
- Providing adequate knowledge to our customers about system use through implementation and training sessions. 
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction using our products by Providing support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems.
