Experience: 12-15 years.
Education: B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering (Cairo /Ein Shams University).
Gender: Male/Female.
Residence: Giza or near to is most preferable.  
Working Experience: Real Estate Megaprojects (Residential Compound Projects), Must have experience in Consultants Firms (Design & Architectural projects), North Coast Projects is preferable. 
Competencies: Creativity, Design implementation with solid market acknowledgment, latest technology awareness, Team Management, Time Management, communication & coordination.
